Story Spinners of Grand Rapids invites you to sail with us!

The SS Tale Spinner is traveling through the Great Lakes, across to
the shores of Lake Michigan to share the power of storytelling and to
collect, preserve and pass on the stories of the mitten dwelling living
along the mighty rapids of the Grand River and its ladder climbing fish.

The SS Tale Spinner is rapidly assembling a rather unique crew, cargo
and passengers. Last I heard Gloria Laughing Can-geeloski and her life
long motto; Laugh whenever you can, as long as you can and as often
as you can, is First Mate to Captain Stay A Float. We also have Head
Cook Stew Pot, Lady Jillian, Hare's a Nettin' Harbor Master, True
North Wheelsman, Songs a Circlin' Iron Pumping Grandma and
Armond, a refugee from the French Revolution. Molly Blatze, from the
Boston Babble Chronicle has also come aboard. Oiler Stormy Turning
Top and her junior dancing crew along with Bellowing Bosin Gretchen
BowStrum and her wave lassoin', fog splittin' and bird flockin' taleful
tunes signed on a couple of days ago.

Story Spinners of Grand Rapids invites you to join us in logg'n stories!
Please come to visit the SS Tale Spinner, a model of Great Lakes rabbit
ship the Little Wyoming and her tall tale, Great Lakes crew and
passengers for storytelling performances. Bring a story and add it to
the SS Tale Spinner, while reading the stories that have already been
logged, or have come aboard our ship.
